Full Machine Simulation
MachineWorks simulation checks for collisions between all solids in the machine environment, which can be defined in a natural tree structure of assemblies. The synchronisation of movements including full implementation of kinematics ensures that no clash can go undetected.
MachineWorks Software encompasses key functionality for the simulation of Hybrid Manufacturing; traditional CNC multi-tasking machines where the material is being removed, as well as additive manufacturing systems where the material is being added. MachineWorks software offers analysis of the finished part and a quality check of both processes.
MachineWorks can accurately model the kinematics of arbitrarily complex machine tools with an unlimited number of axes of motion. Motions of axes are combined to calculate the exact motions of each solid in a simulation, and their motions with respect to each other.
